The Company has informed the Exchange that the Promoters of the Company have published a Public Announcement regarding the Delisting of the equity shares of the Company from BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on March 7, 2014 in the newspaper as required.
As per the said Public Announcement, Delisting offer will open on Thursday, March 20, 2014 and close on Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Click here to view in details

This policy is formulated to provide mechanism to employees to approach the Audit Committee of the Company and disclose unethical and improper practices or any other alleged wrongful conduct in the Company and to prohibit managerial personnel from taking any adverse personnel action against those employees.
- +Unclaimed Dividend
-
Pursuant to section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956, the Central Government has established a Fund called Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) which is credited inter- alia with the amount of dividend remaining unclaimed and unpaid for a period of 7 years from the date they are transferred to Unpaid Dividend Account.
Recently, on May 10, 2012, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs notified Investor Education and Protection Fund (Uploading) of information regarding unpaid and unclaimed amounts lying with companies) Rules, 2012, whereby the Companies are required to identify and upload information regarding unclaimed dividend amounts due to be transferred to IEPF on the Ministry`s website and also on its own website.
Accordingly, the details of such unpaid / unclaimed amounts along with their respective due dates for transfer to IEPF are provided for the benefit of investors. The Shareholders may please claim their unclaimed / unpaid amount due to them by making a request to the Company giving their particulars before the same are transferred to the IEPF.
Once unclaimed dividend is transferred to IEPF, no claim shall lie in respect thereof either with the Company or IEPF.

Board of Directors
Mr. Gautam Doshi is the Group Managing Director of Reliance Group and is on the Board of number of well-known Public Limited Companies. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a very wide and extensive experience and expertise in areas covering Mergers and Acquisitions, Income-tax, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Accounting and Auditing, Central Excise and allied subjects.
Prior to his taking up his current assignments at Reliance Group, he was a founder Partner of RSM & Co., a well known firm of Chartered Accountants and Founder Director of Ambit Corporate Finance Pvt. Ltd., a leading Investment Banker. He has also been closely associated with education and training and was a part-time lecturer in Accountancy and Auditing at the S.I.E.S. Institute of Management and at the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics between 1978 and 1991.
Mr. Doshi was elected for two consecutive terms to the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1991 to 1997 and was Chairman of the Board of Studies, Fiscal Laws Committee, etc. He was elected for three consecutive terms to the Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1976 and was elected to the post of Treasurer in 1977-1978 and Chairman in 1982-1983. He has presented papers and led discussions on subjects of Income-Tax, Accounting and Auditing, Central Excise and allied subjects at various Seminars, Conferences and Refresher Courses organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Costs and Works Accountants, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bombay Chartered Accountants Society, Chamber of Income-Tax Consultants, Forum of Free Enterprises, Bombay Management Association, institute of Internal Auditors and various other organizations.
He was Chairman of the Indirect Taxation Committee of the Indian Merchants Chamber for the years 1999-2000 and 2000-2001. Mr. Doshi has also represented India and presented a paper on "Value Added Tax" at the 5th SAFA Conference on Fiscal and Corporate Innovations in SAARC Countries held in Lahore.
Shri Satish Kadakia, is Law Graduate from Mumbai University. He is also a Chartered Accountant by qualification and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is Assistant Vice President - Taxation of the Company. He is with Company for past 8 years. He has over 31 years of experience in the field of accounts, finance and taxation.
Shri Sushil Kumar Agrawal, is Chartered Accountant by qualification and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is Senior Partner with N.D.KAPUR & CO., Chartered Accountants. He is expert in financial consultancy and taxation.
Shri Parag Ved, is Chartered Accountant by qualification and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a Partner with SSPA & Co., Chartered Accountants and is involved in Consultancy practice of the firm. He has post qualification experience of more than 17 years. He was partner with Dalal & Shah, Chartered Accountants and was Senior Manager with N. M. Raiji & Co. He is involved in consultancy practice in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions, restructuring of business and valuation of business for different purposes, Due Diligences etc.
